FAQ
Does it work offline?
Yes. Scanning, OCR, and field extraction run entirely on-device. You only need internet when you press “Send” to push to Tally/Zoho/QB.
Where are my scans stored?
Inside your iPhone's protected app sandbox. Nothing is uploaded to our servers. We have no copy of your documents — period.
How does Tally Prime integration work?
You enter your Tally server's host and port once in Settings → Integrations. Scan Partner posts an XML voucher to your Tally instance over your local network. No middleman.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, anytime in Apple ID → Subscriptions. You keep Pro until the end of the billing period.
Is there an Android version?
