Except where expressly authorized by applicable statutes or written licensing terms, you may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, mirror, repackage, or distribute derivative variations of the application binary or its algorithms. Any calculation output datasets, PDF reports, or CSV spreadsheets you author using the application remain your exclusive property.

Trademarks & Brand Disclosures

10B Calc, the 10B Calc emblem, and Finmak Softwares are trademarks or trade dress of Finmak Softwares. Apple, the Apple logo, iPhone, iPad, iPadOS, Mac, macOS, and App Store are registered trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the United States and other territories.

10B Calc is an independent modern financial calculator developed by Finmak Softwares. It is neither affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, nor a physical hardware reproduction of any calculator models manufactured by Hewlett-Packard (HP), Texas Instruments, or other third-party hardware manufacturers.

Licence to Use

The application is licensed, not sold, to you pursuant to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), in conjunction with these terms. Where any conflict arises, the Apple Standard EULA prevails. Your purchase grants you non-exclusive, personal authorization to deploy 10B Calc on all supported Apple devices you own or manage, as well as family member devices linked via Apple Family Sharing.

Not Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

10B Calc is an educational and analytical tool. Calculations, amortization forecasts, and cash flow projections generated by the application are estimates designed for comparative planning and theoretical study.

Nothing in the app or on this site constitutes certified financial advice, investment counsel, credit underwriting, tax planning, or formal legal advice. Real-world financial contracts, lenders, and banks often levy auxiliary closing fees, insurance premiums, customized rate adjustment caps, or specific day-count compounding schedules that no standalone calculator can anticipate. Always confirm high-stakes financial commitments with a licensed chartered accountant, certified financial planner, or legal counsel.

Warranty & Limitation of Liability

We rigorously validate all worksheet algorithms against published actuarial benchmarks and academic standards. However, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, the application is supplied on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied.

Under no circumstances shall Finmak Softwares, its founders, or affiliates be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from business or personal decisions made using outputs from 10B Calc.

10B Calc proudly incorporates the open-source typefaces Fraunces, IBM Plex Sans, and IBM Plex Mono under the SIL Open Font License (OFL 1.1). The full licensing terms are readable inside the app under Settings → Open Source Acknowledgements.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and agreements are construed under and governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India possess exclusive territorial jurisdiction over any legal disputes arising out of these terms, except where non-waivable statutory consumer protections in your home jurisdiction mandate otherwise.
